Our Services

Home Buying

Typically, your estimated maximum loan amount is 2.5 times your annual income. Other factors that impact your pre-approval include your credit score and debt-to-income ratio.  Our team of dedicated professionals will work with you to obtain a pre-approval, or you can work with your own lender.

Our company will work with you to decide what qualities you desire in a home. Features such as the square footage desired, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and any of special considerations will be discussed to narrow the search parameters to find your dream home.

The next step is to begin the home search! This is the fun part of viewing homes to find the one that meets your desires.

Once we find your home, we write a contract (and negotiate on your behalf) to purchase your home.

The final step is to actually close on your home. Once you sign the paperwork and the loan is funded, you will receive your keys to your new home!

As a buyer, it is to your advantage to have a real estate broker/agent working on your behalf. Generally, there is no charge to you…the seller typically pays the broker/agent’s commission.

Wealth Building

We’ll discuss financial topics to encourage and challenge participants to improve their finances.

Topics from our broker’s book will be used for discussions during cohorts.

Building wealth with real estate and other investments and how to protect it will be presented.

We support the local community through involvement with educational and charitable organizations.

We promote cohort members’ businesses to allow us to grow, learn, and support each other.

We assist with building and maintaining excellent credit since it is a strong aspect of building wealth and allows you to obtain better interest rates for various loans.

Home Buyer Education

Our company sponsors periodic home buying seminars where you can ask questions and receive direction to make your home buying process easier. Presentations will also be available electronically for you to review on your own time.
